Cybersecurity author and speaker. I've spent two decades on the line between strategy and execution — the place where most plans quietly die — and made a habit of getting things to the other side.
ABOUT
I'm a doer who loves technical challenges — a planner first, and hopefully a visionary too. I work like an engineer and think several steps ahead, because a plan nobody can build isn't a plan, and a system with no clear objective is just expensive noise — so I learned to do both properly, early, writing the kind of precise specifications that leave no room for guessing. It's also why AI and agentic tools changed things for me: the discipline of specifying something exactly is exactly what makes building it, fast, possible.
The part that actually pulls me in isn't the technology — it's what it does to the people and organizations using it.
I still go deep — cybersecurity, blockchain, hardware, AI — because shallow understanding makes for bad strategy and bad project outcomes. What I've always loved about agile is exactly this: identify the real value and objective, then find the minimum that gets you there — the MVP. That objective stays the north star, whether I'm leading a transformation, launching a product, or restoring an old stone farmhouse.
I also love experimenting — for a couple of years I co-hosted Inteligencia Empresarial with Roger Pastor, a podcast where we picked apart what AI actually does to businesses and organizations, episode by episode. If something's new and a little outside my lane, I probably want to try it. Based in Barcelona, originally from Buenos Aires.

Designed and shipped a POS product end to end — the device, the firmware, and the blockchain payment layer behind it. Silicon to settlement.
Authorship
From blank page to two publishers on two continents — Marcombo in Spain, AlfaOmega in Latin America. Writing is a delivery project too; this one shipped.
Physical Projects
Bringing an old stone house in Catalonia back to life — structure, water, electricity, and a path toward genuine self-sufficiency. Same discipline as any transformation program: scope, sequence, budget, and a dozen trades who all need to agree on the plan. Getting my certification as electrician to make it happen.

Born out of helping cybercrime victims who needed a simple way to manage their online identity — a hands-on companion to CyberCEO: practical pages for password management, digital inheritance, and encryption, meant to be used, not just read.

WHAT I'M WATCHING
AI's appetite for power is turning energy infrastructure into a technology problem again — grids, storage, and automation all need to get smarter at the same time the models do. It's the same instinct behind the self-sufficiency systems I'm building into my own house — it's all learning by doing. I'm working toward my electrician certification to build my own home infrastructure from the ground up, taking ESP32, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi automation to another level alongside hard infrastructure and self-sufficiency goals, and experimenting with cultivation and water filtration along the way — having fun figuring it out at my own place.
